Refund policy

At GridRider, every shirt is made to order just for you. Our goal is simple: you should love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. If a sizing error was made on your end, we'll still help you get the shirt you'll love.

Please read the policy below to find the option that applies to your order.

30-Day Window

All exchange and discount requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.

1. Free Exchange - When the Mistake Is Ours

We will exchange your shirt completely free of charge if we sent you something different from what you ordered, or if it arrived damaged or defective. This includes:

  • A wrong size (a size other than the one you ordered)
  • A wrong item
  • A wrong color
  • A wrong design
  • A damaged or defective item (e.g. a print issue)

If any of the above applies, simply contact us using the details below and we'll arrange a free replacement of the correct shirt. To help us resolve it fast, we may ask for clear photos showing the issue and the full item. You do not need to send the incorrect shirt back to us.

2. Wrong Size Ordered by You - Made-to-Order Discount

Because our shirts are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer free exchanges when the wrong size was selected at checkout by the customer.

However, we don't want to leave you without options. In this case we offer:

  • A 60% discount on the shirt price so you can re-order in the correct size.
  • This discount is valid only for the exact same design and color as your original order.

The shirt you already have is yours to keep - we do not stock returned shirts, so you're welcome to gift it to a friend, family member, or a local charity.

Sizing note: Please review the size chart before ordering. If you think you received a different size than the one you ordered, contact us and we'll investigate.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Discount

If your request is for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please also attach clear photos of the item.

We'll reply with the next steps and your resolution option.

4. Good to Know

  • All shirts are made to order, so please double-check your size before purchasing.
  • The 60% discount applies to the same design and color only - it cannot be transferred to a different design, color, or product.
  • We do not stock returned shirts, so there is no need to send your original shirt back. Feel free to gift it onward.
