Our goal is simple: you should love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Guarantee

  • If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, it’s eligible for a replacement or full refund.
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

What’s Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

✅ Eligible:

  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, size, color, or product)
  • Damaged item
  • Defective item / print issue

To help us resolve it fast, we may ask for:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos showing the issue (and the full item).

Item Condition (If a Return Is Required)

If we ask you to return an item:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

What’s Not Eligible

❌ Not eligible for a refund:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery (washing/heat misuse, etc.)
  • Requests submitted after 30 days
  • Gift cards (if you offer them)
  • Final sale items (if marked as such)

Sizing note: Please review the size chart before ordering. If you think you received the wrong size than what you ordered, contact us and we’ll investigate.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@gridrider.co with:

  • Subject line: “Refund Request – Order #_____”
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (damage/defect/wrong item)

We’ll reply with next steps and a resolution option.

Refund Method & Timing

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • After we submit the refund, it can take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank/card provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (incorrect/damaged/defective), we’ll cover return shipping if a return is required.
  • If a return is not required, we’ll still resolve it via replacement or refund (case-by-case).
