Shipping policy

We know you’re busy (and probably running on coffee). Here’s exactly how shipping works at Grid Rider.

Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

  • Most orders are made, packed, and shipped within 2–7 business days after your order is placed.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons (back-to-school, holidays), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 (threshold shown at checkout).
  • For orders under the free-shipping threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping rates may be weight-based and can vary by item.

Delivery Estimates (After It Ships)

Once your order ships, typical delivery time is:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (timing can vary by destination and carrier).

Note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. 

Tracking Your Order

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link/number
  • Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If you don’t see your country/region listed, we can’t ship there yet.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to change or correct your address, email us ASAP at support@gridrider.co
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or delivery refusal:

  • We can reship it (additional shipping may apply), or
  • We can issue a refund for the item cost minus any shipping/handling costs (if applicable).

Lost, Missing, or Marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building staff
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  3. Email us at support@gridrider.co and we’ll help troubleshoot
