Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GridRider website at gridrider.co (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Jerandel Concepts LTD, trading as GridRider ("GridRider", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Purchases

Every GridRider product is made to order and printed after you place your order.

If you are a consumer in the UK, your purchases are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

We ship to the countries and regions shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed, we can't ship there yet. See our Shipping Policy for details.

When you make a purchase, you'll be asked for information needed to complete it, such as your payment details, billing address and shipping information.

You confirm that: (i) you are entitled to use the payment method you provide; and (ii) the information you give us is true, correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that can't be delivered, or are delivered to the wrong place, because of inaccurate information you provided.

By providing this information, you allow us to share it with third parties who help us complete your order, such as payment providers, production partners and couriers. See our Privacy Policy for more.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because a product is unavailable, there is an error in the product description or price, or we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

2. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Refunds, replacements, exchanges and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We regularly update the products available on the Service. Occasionally a product may be mispriced, described inaccurately or unavailable, and there may be delays in updating information on the Service or in our advertising elsewhere.

We can't guarantee that all information, including prices, product images, specifications and availability, is always accurate or complete. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the printed product. This section does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Contests, Giveaways and Promotions

Any contests, giveaways, discount codes or other promotions ("Promotions") offered through the Service may have their own rules. If you take part in a Promotion, please review those rules and our Privacy Policy. If a Promotion's rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion's rules apply.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, designs, features and functionality are and will remain the property of Jerandel Concepts LTD and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United Kingdom and other countries. Our designs, trademarks and trade dress may not be copied or used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and we recommend you read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

7. Suspension of Access

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. This doesn't affect any order you've already placed and paid for, or your statutory rights.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

9. Our Liability to You

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and working properly, but we can't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses. We may suspend or change the Service for maintenance or other reasons.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

If we don't enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that won't be treated as a waiver of it. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
