Great product, excellent customer service. My original shirt had a printing error, so the logo was off-center. I emailed customer service, and within minutes I got a response from "Tim" with an apology and stating that a replacement shirt will be on the way immediately.
Tim even followed up to make sure I received the replacement. The new shirt was perfect, and I'll be a repeat customer in the future. At a time when it's really hard to reach customer service for businesses, Grid Rider showed how it should be done. Thank You!
